Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment Terms
A 100% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Preferred payment method is ACH bank transfer to avoid credit card processing fees. Guests opting for credit card payment may incur additional fees to cover processing costs.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable within 30 days of the scheduled retreat date.
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days before the retreat can be transferred without penalty to another guest or applied to a future retreat.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to ensure proper documentation.
Referral and Loyalty Program
Guests receive a $1,000 commission for each referral booking. This credit is applied at the conclusion of their stay.
Guests who book future stays or retreats during their current stay will receive a 10% loyalty discount.
Prana Maya Resort Policies
Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early or late arrivals/departures subject to availability and additional fees.
The resort maintains a strict non-smoking policy, indoors and outdoors.

Responsibility and Liability
Mar Medical Group and Prana Maya Resort are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury sustained by guests during their stay or while participating in retreat activities. Guests are encouraged to have adequate personal travel insurance.
In case of unforeseen events, including weather disruptions or hurricane warnings, policies in alignment with Prana Maya Resort’s established guidelines will apply.
